- Event Details: Dine on a delicious four-course meal featuring California Avocados created by award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski, owner of Euclid Hall, Bravo’s 2013 “Top Chef Masters” finalist and 2013 winner of the James Beard Foundation Best Chef Southwest and learn about cooking with seasonal and local ingredients.
- Featured Guest: During the lunch, you’ll hear about the nutritional benefits and versatility of California Avocados from New York City-based award winning registered dietitian, blogger and author, Bonnie Taub-Dix, MA, RD, LD, and you’ll see how food culture shifts, consumer preferences and media messages influence how we eat.
