All blogs begin with a passion, but few result in a new career. ESPN’s Injury Analyst and Senior Writer Stephania Bell, PT, OCS, CSCS, will discuss how building a respected blog can unlock success. Using her expertise as a physical therapist and her passion for fantasy sports, Stephania blogged her way to ESPN. On Friday, June 27, from 3-4:15 p.m., Stephania will share tips and insights from her experience.

Stephania is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and serves as one of its national spokespersons. She has a unique understanding of the value of using both passion and reputable sources in blogging. Using her experience as a physical therapist, Stephania was able to transition from blogger to ESPN’s leading expert on player injuries.
During this session, bloggers will learn:
- How to make posts reputable by using qualified experts.
- How to take a blog from a hobby to a career.
- How understanding all aspects of fitness (training, prevention, injuries, etc.) can motivate and educate your readers.
Stephania will be available to answer questions after her session at the Move Forward PT booth in the expo area. Bloggers are invited to participate in a running gait analysis by a physical therapist who will make any necessary recommendations to reduce the risk of injury while running. Physical therapists will also demonstrate correct sitting posture while using a laptop to reduce the risk of chronic aches and pains and possible injury.
