I also realized that when I registered I said I wanted to be known as "ajslevine". I wasn't thinking. If it isn't too late, I think I am better recognized as "Feeling Good Inside and Out"
But, you know what, I am loud enough to be heard anywhere, so it doesn't matter that much.

I'm actually somebody who likes to try different diets for a period of time and see how it effects my body and how I feel, so while I understand the gist of this session, I'd be more interested in talking about specific diets. For instance, I'm currently on day 7 of the "Paleo diet", and have previously done GOMAD. Will you there be any discussion around these, or other, diets?
Hi Luke, we won't be talking about specific diets at the session – the discussion will be about intuitive eating which is an alternative to "traditional" diets and dieting.
