DietsInReview writer and yoga expert, Heather Ashare, will lead a fun and energetic yoga class specifically designed for bloggers and writers whose passion for sharing their expertise as health advocates finds them sitting behind computers for way too long. With a focus on posture, shoulder alignment, and lower back strength, the class will raise heart rates, stretch hamstrings and lighten the mind. All levels are welcome.
Heather Ashare has been a yoga practitioner and instructor since 2002. She is also a writer and the yoga expert for the website, DietsInReview. Heather has made two trips to Mysore, India to study the Ashtanga yoga method under the late Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson, Sharath Rangaswamy. She also has a Master’s degree in public health which she uses to blend in with her experience as a yoga advocate and as a writer.
