From seeking help on the Weight Watcher message boards to asking for running support on twitter, social media has played a HUGE role in helping me achieve my fitness goals. That’s why it was important to me to arrange a panel of experts about this specific topic.

How can social media be used to help people reach goal? What role does the individuals blogs serve? How much can we achieve through an Online Community?
